1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing amplerose.com or purchasing any Ample Rose product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our site or products.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members of Ample Rose products and services.

2. Products and Services

Ample Rose provides digital tools and educational content for real estate analysis purposes. Our current products include the Real Estate Underwriting Suite and the Deal Flow Playbook.

All products are delivered digitally. Upon purchase you will receive login credentials to access your product through our member platform. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.

• You may access and use purchased products for your own personal, non-commercial use
• You may not share, sell, distribute, reproduce, or resell any Ample Rose product or content
• You may not share your login credentials with any other person
• You may not use our tools to build competing products or services

3. Intellectual Property

All content on amplerose.com and within Ample Rose products — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, tool code, calculation logic, educational content, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ample Rose and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products for personal use only. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content from our products or website
• You may not screenshot, screen record, or redistribute tool interfaces or educational content
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Ample Rose tool
• Blog articles may be quoted briefly with attribution and a link back to the original — full reproduction is not permitted

4. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your payment method.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases already completed.

5. No Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read this policy and understand that no refund will be issued.

There are no exceptions to this policy including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the product after purchase
• Technical difficulties on the buyer's device or network
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Accidental purchase

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ample Rose tools and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided by our tools for any particular purpose. Real estate markets vary significantly and past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ample Rose and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our products or services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that you are making independent investment decisions and that Ample Rose tools are analysis aids only. Any financial loss resulting from investment decisions made using our tools is solely your responsibility.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Ample Rose products or website for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of Ample Rose or any third party
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate Ample Rose or misrepresent your affiliation with Ample Rose
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or member area
• To distribute malware or any harmful code through our platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Ample Rose products at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of our products.

Termination of access due to a violation of these terms does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
